    Nothing like fresh and healthy food to freshen up your day and life over the long haul!

    I started cycling after years of absence and finally I got myself pinned down on that bicycle at the gym for at least 30 minutes a day. I can tell you that after you’ve seen that you have done almost 20km and burnt 330cal’s in just half an hour, buy does that make you feel energized!

    The best part is after persistence, just as with blogging, you begin to see the results :)

      Well said Ruan. In fact a while back, I got bit disappointed after a week (whooping, isn’t?) of workout at the treadmill since I didn’t see the results. Gotta grow up lol.
