Vitamin D3 Supplements Found to Boost Testosterone Says Harvard Study

A team of Harvard scientists has discovered an association between the ingestion of vitamin D3 supplements, increased levels of vitamin D resulting from the supplements, and increased testosterone in men resulting from the increased vitamin D resulting from the supplements. Why pay hundreds of dollars for expensive medications and supplements when the key to increasing testosterone levels is to take a relatively inexpensive OTC vitamin, and/or lay out in the sun more? This means enhanced safety for men looking to safely raise their testosterone levels…

    I can personally attest to the truth behind this report. I moved to Long Beach, MS, about six months ago. After spending every weekend in the sun for half a year, I observed that I had lost 42 pounds with no changes to my diet or exercise routine. The only explanation is that the increased vitamin D levels resulting from the increased sun exposure boosted my testosterone levels and thus my metabolism.

    Still weighing in at 160. I was at 200 before I moved to Long Beach, MS. The only explanation for the weight loss is the increased sun exposure and hence increased vitamin D intake.
