Vitamin D3 Scientifically Linked to Hair Loss

Going bald prematurely? It could be that the vitamin D receptors in your skin are defective, and therefore preventing you from absorbing the nutrient/hormone from sunlight? What does that have to do with hair loss? Apparently hair needs vitamin D to grow. Take the vitamin D away and the hair starts falling out. Simple as that…

    If you’re losing your hair and feel like you’re too young for that to be happening to you, maybe its time you had your vitamin D levels checked.
