If You Run From the Cops, Don’t Let Them Catch You
This may seem like common sense to most of us, but if ever for whatever reason you decide to run from a police officer, make sure you can run faster than he can. A 27 year old Texas man failed to follow this advice when approached by an officer last week. The man fled, and was caught. He was arrested for Evading Arrest, which in Texas is a felony.
The irony is that he’d face no charges had he just decided not to flee the cops in the first place…

I tend to avoid fleeing police officers whenever possible. However, it goes without saying that if you’re going to do it, at least have the decency to outrun the guys chasing you.
