From experiencing, a separation and having a child with chronic illnesses, I know that life challenging events can put a pause on your life and cause you to re-evaluate the choices you’ve make that got you into your current situation. You become confused on what to do next and everyday life becomes overwhelming. Being in that space takes away from your quality of life and everyone deserves a helping hand when they are going through a difficult stage in life.
I’m an avid journalist and during challenging occurrences, it’s even more important for me to journal. Journaling is a life changing process and it given my life greater direction.

Women who has experienced a life challenging event AND on a quest to discover who she is, what she wants, how to get what she wants AND does not want to do it alone AND need support to move forward. Every person is unique and therefore journal coaching is tailored to each individual.
Imagine if you could express yourself in a way that was totally honest, which provided you with clarity and motivation to change the things that really matter to you. All you need is a journal, pen/computer and a coach. There are always solutions and resources available; you just need to find them. When you feel good about yourself, your confidence levels rise and you will see yourself achieving things that previously you never thought possible. This is what journal coaching brings to you.
During a Coaching Session, you Will Receive:
Weekly secure coaching
Weekly guided journaling assignments
Forwarding of suggested resources
E-mail support throughout each session and one month after
Individuals are better able to make big decisions when they have support and a coach is there to provide support, find solution & strategies to help reach a goal.
